Turning to the Prime Minister at the news conference, Foreign Minister Franco Frattini repeated that, where security is concerned, the leaders and ministers are also going to have to address new communication and online banking technologies. Frattini stressed that this issue demands new global regulations in order to avoid leaving millions of consumers at the mercy of potential IT fraud.
