The video describes the works in the C.A.S.E. Project building sites, where earthquake proof, safe and eco-friendly buildings are being constructed. These constructions are to host temporarily those who have lost their homes in the earthquake, while waiting for their reconstruction. The video opens with pictures showing the construction site in Bazzano as seen from a helicopter. This is followed by footage of the construction site at Cese di Preturo taken at ground level, showing details of the equipment, the work force, the activities on the site and an overview of the reinforced concrete platforms. The camera then shows the pillars and seismic isolators, and the way they work. After dwelling briefly on the plans, the camera takes us back on a helicopter to show the construction site at Cese di Preturo. This is followed by footage showing a seismic isolator being positioned on a pillar in Bazzano. Details and long shots of the columns being assembled are followed by footage taken from various angles showing concrete being poured onto reinforced framing. Then there are more pictures of equipment, of the work force and of the platforms. The video ends with aerial photography showing a construction site and a detail of one of the projects.
