First Factsheets on the L’Aquila G8 Summit Available

The factsheets on the 2009 Summit held in L’Aquila are available on the G8 site, on the “Main Issues” page. The factsheets are drawn up by the Prime Minister’s Office Sherpa Office and sum up the issues addressed during the G8 and the action proposed and agreed during the Summit meetings.
The factsheets are divided into three parts: an initial summary of the individual issue, a central section on the action needed to address the problem and a concluding section on the path mapped out to solve it.
The factsheets may be consulted at the foot of the Main Issues page, where they are grouped together according to subject matter, in the form of attachments that may be viewed and downloaded in PDF format.The factsheets on the world economy, development and climate change are currently available.
