Press Schedule – Official Arrivals

Pools, which will be issued with ad hoc pool cards for use in conjunction with press accreditation, will be formed for video and photo shoots of the official G8 Summit events. A pool card will be issued for each single event.
The number of members of the various pools will be set by the G8 Press Office according to the space available.
The following is the official delegation arrivals schedule for 7 and 8 July. To be included in the pools, applications must be sent by e-mail by 12.00 noon on 6 July to pool@protezionecivile.it
stating:
- name of publication/broadcast
- forename and surname
- mobile phone number
- capacity (photographer/cameraman)
- pool number (up to a maximum of three)
